"Situated in a good spot. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area is amazing. We enjoyed the restaurant (Waterscapes) and the beauty of the building itself. The only downside was the front desk staff were professionally polite but not genuinely nice and we were ignored on Sunday at the Starbucks station as the one employee (who was on his phone with his earbuds in) never acknowledged us while making someone else's order. After several minutes waiting while standing at the bar - we just left and went to a local coffee shop on our way out of town. It's a shame the only imperfection was our interactions with two employees. Everyone else was genuine and nice."

"The room was huge. There was an amenity for everyone in the family. The on-site restaurant was not terribly expensive. "

"We stayed for seven days the first week of June and we enjoyed everything about this hotel. The only downfall is the beds. Stay in a one bedroom suite and it had two queen size beds. The bad my husband took squeaked horribly. There was a pullout sofa so me, my husband, and my daughter was able to have a bed all to our own. The bed kept us up all night, long as he tossed and turned. We made the best of it. The housekeeping, staff and cleaning staff were always cleaning! Thank youfor keeping this hotel clean. The staff in the kitchen could use some customer service, but the breakfast buffet was great. Bar drinks were wonderful. Only other thing negative was you could smell sewer on the left side of the resort as you face the ocean on the boardwalk out to the ocean."
